Every Modernly Planted piece is meticulously crafted using wheel throwing, hand building, or slip casting techniques. Each piece is individually glazed in my studio located in San Antonio, TX. Additionally, all
pieces undergo a minimum of two firings in my kiln.

Because each piece is handmade for you (and not
manufactured), each piece is unique with its own distinct characteristics. No two pieces are the same! Also, the color of the piece may appear different
in person due to lighting conditions and variations in digital screens.

Care: For optimal durability, I recommend handwashing your piece. Please avoid moving pieces between extreme temperatures, as this can cause cracking. All pieces are glazed with food safe glazes unless otherwise noted.
