Are your pots handmade?

Yes! Each pot is either wheel thrown, hand built or slip casted separately by Lindsey, which means every single pot is unique. At Modernly Ceramics, we believe imperfections should be celebrated! Due to the nature of the craft, there will be slight variations in the exact size and colors. 

 

Do your planters have a drainage hole?

Yes, proper drainage is key to maintaining healthy roots and to prevent root rot. 

 

Is my piece dishwasher safe?

All items are dishwasher safe, but I always recommend hand washing handmade pottery to extend the life of your piece.

Do you do custom orders?

Not at this time.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if there are any problems with your order. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

 

My order arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please report any damaged pieces within 48 hours of delivery. All items are inspected before shipping and should arrive to you in its original condition. 
If your order arrives broken:
1. Immediately photograph the package and the broken piece(s).
2. Contact us ASAP to let us know.
3. Keep the packaging AND broken pieces on hand.
